Unreal. My tongue it’s orgasming. I will probably end up breaking the toilet I just fixed tomorrow. I’ve eaten well over a pound of meat.
Hey guys, check out my meat. That’s a 3.5 lb tenderloin roast. Aka filet mignon
I also saw this at home Depot. I fixed my leaking toilet without breaking anything else in the process.

I wouldn’t worry about looks. Just think, chili is pretty nasty looking but it tastes much better than it looks

I wonder how that roast would have tasted chopped up and cooked hibachi style...

The problem with hibachi steak is that it is always overcooked.
I order it rare every time, and yet it still ends up medium-well to well done.

How’d you cook it? Seasonings and actual cooking process?
Also, sorry about your toilet.

Had some friends over, got (almost) 60oz of AAA Striploin reverse seared , popped a Ripasso and some scotch.

Hmm. I've only had it at a restaurant once. Ordered medium-rare and it was perfect. I've made it at home twice now. First time... Yeah. Super overcooked. Well-done. And all the veggies (minus the carrots) were black. This time tho everything turned out perfectly.

Trying to cook a new meal every week. I think I finally have hibachi steak and shrimp down. I'm thinking salmon fillets on the grill next time

That looks amazing. Is all 3.5 pounds of that for you?

I used some pre mixed salt/seasoning stuff, rssgular off the sh el f stuff. Added some crushed pepper, rsemary, and brown sugar. I went easy on the brown sugar, but it countered the spice and I should have put more. Cooked it at a low temp, like 150* for a couple hours then got impatient and turned it up. Biggest thing is to pull it out of the oven at 130-140. This is not something you want to over do

I think my love had almost a half pound. There is probably another pound left over.
